Discontinued Models/Model Kits Terms and Conditions.
Replacement of Discontinued Parts Model Car Shop LTD ("Company") understands that some model parts may become discontinued over time, and therefore, we offer the following terms and conditions regarding the replacement of such parts:
- Nature of Discontinued Models: Customers acknowledge that models, like any product, can become obsolete and discontinued. Due to this nature, the availability of certain parts for discontinued models may be limited or impossible.
- Efforts to Source Parts: While we strive to provide replacement parts for all models, customers understand that in the case of discontinued parts, we may not be able to offer direct replacements. However, Model Car Shop LTD will make every reasonable effort to source discontinued parts through our network of suppliers and partners.
- No Guarantee of Replacement: Model Car Shop LTD does not guarantee the availability of replacement parts for discontinued models. Customers are encouraged to inquire about part availability before making a purchase and should be aware that discontinued parts may not always be obtainable.
- Customer Understanding: By purchasing model cars and/or/parts either in kit form or assembled for discontinued models from Model Car Shop LTD, customers acknowledge and accept the inherent challenges of sourcing discontinued parts. The Company will provide information on part availability to the best of its knowledge and will assist customers in finding suitable alternatives when possible.
- Alternative Solutions: In cases where direct replacements are not available, Model Car Shop LTD may suggest alternative parts or modifications to help customers maintain or repair their discontinued model cars.
- No Liability: Model Car Shop LTD is not liable for any inconvenience or dissatisfaction resulting from the unavailability of discontinued parts. Customers accept that the discontinuation of certain model car parts is beyond the control of the Company.
By making a purchase from Model Car Shop LTD for discontinued model car parts, you agree to these terms and conditions regarding the replacement of discontinued parts. While we will make diligent efforts to assist you in sourcing parts, we cannot guarantee their availability.
