Replacement parts Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern the accidental damage replacement policy ("Policy") for model parts ("Parts") provided by Model Car Shop LTD ("Company"). By utilizing our Parts replacement services, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
2. Eligibility
2.1 To be eligible for Parts replacement under this Policy, the following conditions must be met:
a. The Parts must have been purchased directly from Model Car Shop LTD.
b. The damage must have occurred due to an accidental event, such as mishandling, dropping, or other unintentional actions, Breakage whilst kit assembly etc, and must not be the result of deliberate or malicious activities.
c. The damaged Parts maybe requested to be returned to the Company for assessment and verification, this is at the cost of the Customer.
3. Replacement Cost
3.1 The cost of replacing the damaged Parts will be calculated based on the current retail price of the Parts at the time of replacement, The Current retail price will be calculated on the costs associated to Model Car Shop LTD from our suppliers.
3.2 The customer shall bear the full cost of replacement, including shipping and handling charges.
4. Replacement Process
4.1 To initiate the Parts replacement process, the customer must contacts sales@modelcarshop.co.uk at within 7 days of the accidental damage occurring.
4.2 The customer will be required to provide proof of purchase, details of the damaged Parts, and photographs or other evidence demonstrating the extent of the damage.
4.3 Once the Company has assessed the damage and confirmed eligibility, the customer will receive a quotation for the replacement cost.
4.4 The customer must make payment for the replacement cost within 7 days of receiving the quotation.
4.5 Upon receipt of payment, the Company will ship the replacement Parts to the customer's provided address.
4.6 Due to the nature of replacement parts, The average time for shipping to you, The customer is 30 Working days.
5. Warranty and Liability
5.1 The Company is not liable for any further damage, loss, or inconvenience caused by the accidental damage to the Parts or the replacement process.
6. Modification of Policy
The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate this Policy at any time, with or without notice. Changes to this Policy will be effective upon posting on our website.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom.
