1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Selling Process
2.1. Model Submission: Customers may submit models for sale to the Company through our designated submission process. Submission details, including required documentation, will be provided on our website or through our customer service.
2.2. Model Assessment: The Company will evaluate submitted models to determine their condition, authenticity, and market value. This assessment may include inspection, testing, and verification.
2.3. Pricing and Offer: After assessment, the Company will provide a purchase offer to the Customer. The Customer has the discretion to accept or decline the offer. Once accepted, the offer becomes a binding agreement.
3. Payment
3.1. Payment Method: The Company will make payments to the Customer based on the agreed purchase price. Payment will be made via the selected payment method, such as check, bank transfer, or other mutually agreed-upon means.
3.2. Payment Timing: Payment will be made within 7 business days after the Customer's acceptance of the purchase offer and completion of any required paperwork.
4. Ownership Transfer
4.1. Transfer of Ownership: Upon the Company's receipt of payment to the Customer, ownership of the sold model(s) shall transfer to the Company. The Customer must ensure that they have the legal right to sell the model(s) and that they are free from any encumbrances or third-party claims.
5. Model Condition and Authenticity
5.1. Accuracy of Information: The Customer is responsible for providing accurate and truthful information about the condition, authenticity, and history of the model(s) submitted for sale.
5.2. Return of Inaccurate Items: The Company reserves the right to return any model(s) to the Customer and void the purchase agreement if discrepancies in condition or authenticity are discovered upon inspection, Return shipping costs are to be covered by the seller "You".
6. Dispute Resolution
6.1. Disputes: Any disputes arising from the sale of models shall be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, arbitration or mediation in accordance with applicable laws.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
7.1. Data Handling: We will handle any personal information provided by the Customer in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
8. Changes to Terms
8.1. Modifications: The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting on our website.
9. Governing Law
9.1. Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought in the courts of the United Kingdom.
